It’s a common question, so we’re posting our answer: For competitive levels of gaming on a 4K monitor, you will need a 27-inch TN model with HDMI 2.0a, and low input lag to minimize latency and blurring. We would suggest getting the ViewSonic XG2700-4K or the Asus MG28UQ. Both have the necessary capabilities that can fulfill your requirements.
