Alienware is launching a new social-good platform called Good in Gaming that was created in partnership with Team Liquid. It aims to drive positive impact in the gaming industry, guided by the tenets of community education, empowerment, and friendly competition. However, its main goal is to provide opportunities and resources for aspiring gamers through mentorship and scholarship programs.
The even is basically a tournament series that will kick off its first season, using Fortnite as the primary platform. You only have to join the Discord channel at TL.GG/ATS to compete, and games will begin on June 10. The finals will be held on July 17, but what’s great about it is every gets a chance to win gaming gear, apparel, and even cash rewards.
Winners will receive a $7000 scholarship grant, but what’s more important is that these games will raise money for charity. Everybody wins, thanks to Dell and Alienware.
